At the end of the four-day training, the Institute administered a post-training assessment questionnaire to assess the overall delivery of the training. The outcome of the assessment is captured in the report below.
WACSI in its bid to strengthen the operational structures and managerial capacities of CSOs organized a three day training workshop on Results-Based Management for Civil Society Organization in West Africa. The training workshop which took place from the 24-26 August,2011 attracted both programme officers and directors from CSOs across the sub-region.
WACSI in partnership with OSIWA organised a 3-day training from 8-10, August, 2011 on Monitoring and Evaluation for civil society actors in Guinea. The training brought together 21 participants (7 females and 14 males). At the end of the training, a post training asssessment form was adminsited to gauge the overal relevance of the training content to participants respective area of work, as well as the immediate impact of the training on their skills and knowledge on Monitoring and Evaluation. Participants also had the opportunity to comment on the overall delivery of the training, including training contents, methodologies, trainers expertise on the subject-matter amonsgt others. The workshop aimed at strengthening the capacity of OSIWA partners and grantees to professionally assess the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of their projects, interventions and organizational performance.

At the end of the three day training, a post workshop assessment form was administered to gauge the relevance of the training for participants individual and organisational use. It also provided participants the opportunity to comments on the overall delivery of the training including the training content, methodologies, duration amongst others.
