2024 Partners Survey: Key Findings and Recommendations (Full)
| Getting your Trinity Audio player ready... |
The 2024 Pledge for Change Partners’ Survey marks the first southern-led downward accountability process aimed at strengthening the aid ecosystem by shifting accountability to local partners and tackling power imbalances in the sector.
The survey captured feedback from 342 partners in 61 countries on the progress of five signatories—Women for Women, Cordaid, CARE International, Christian Aid, and Oxfam International—in advancing the three pledges: equitable partnership, authentic storytelling, and influencing wider change.
With 79% of respondents representing national and community-based NGOs, the findings highlight generally positive views of the signatories’ commitment to equitable partnership, while also offering valuable insights through surveys, focus groups, and Net Promoter Score analysis.
