The covid-19 pandemic in particular has forced a great number of nonprofits to shut down while others must cut down on the services they provide to communities. These stressors have not only caused tectonic shifts in the way non-profit organisations (NPOs) organise themselves and operate but has had the catalytic effect of hastening the search for alternative models of management among nonprofits.
Notable among these models include shifting the power, results-based management, localisation of aid, alternative models of funding, among other groundbreaking concepts and paradigms. To  gain a full understanding of this ideology.
